Yes. Chino Vantage Media provides corporate event photography and videography as individual services or coordinated coverage from one team. We’ll recommend the team size for your schedule and locations.
We cover conferences, summits, awards evenings, brand events and corporate celebrations. Coverage can include guest interactions, speakers, interviews, highlight films and event photography.
We agree the delivery schedule before booking. Standard photo galleries are delivered in 5 business days for half-day coverage or 7 for a full day. Standard event recap films take 7–10 business days. All photo packages include up to 20 edited highlights by the next business day. Rush delivery is available as an optional add-on.
Yes. We’re based in London and cover events across the UK. Share your event location so we can include travel and any other requirements in your proposal.
Half-day coverage (up to 4 hours) starts at £950 for photography, £1,400 for video or £2,250 for both. No VAT is charged. London travel is included; additional crew, extras and travel outside London are priced separately. Use our estimate calculator or send us your brief for a tailored quote.
