THE BRIEF

Capture the meeting.
Keep the momentum.

Climate Investment invests in technologies that support industrial decarbonisation. Its 2026 Annual Investor Meeting brought investors, industry leaders and portfolio companies together to explore Navigating the Great Industrial Transition.

Across two days at Kings Place, the programme covered critical materials, industrial competitiveness, AI, robotics and the built environment, alongside technology demonstrations and networking.

CI needed more than a record to look back on. The brief called for edited photos during Day 1 breaks, slides for the venue screens, an end-of-day selection for communications, a full gallery and headshots across both days.

THE APPROACH

Two cameras working.
One editor keeping pace.

With two photographers covering the event and an editor working on site, we planned how images would move from the cameras to the edit desk throughout Day 1. That let the photographers stay focused on the next moment while a fresh selection was prepared.

We also coordinated with the venue technicians so the edited photos could appear on screen during breaks. Photography, editing and display were planned as one connected workflow.

  1. 01

    Capture the story.

Clear speaker images, audience reactions, conversations and the portfolio companies demonstrating their technology.

  2. 02

    Edit as it unfolds.

Planned file handovers gave the on-site editor material to work with while the event coverage continued.

  3. 03

    Put it to work.

Fresh edits for CI’s marketing team and break-time slides brought moments from the room back into the event.

18 SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS

The people.
The ideas. The energy.

From the main stage to the conversations in between. A selection from Day 1, with space for the expressions and connections that made the meeting.

WHY THE COVERAGE MATTERED

Useful while it was happening.
Useful long after.

CI’s marketing team shared photos while the conference was still under way. By the end of Day 1, they also had an edited selection ready to post and share with attendees, rather than waiting for the full gallery.

The break-time slides gave guests a chance to spot moments they had just been part of. The wider gallery brought together the speakers, technologies and conversations, creating material for CI’s event story and for portfolio-company communications.

Clean speaker portraits, smiling group photos and genuine interactions gave the team a varied set of images to work with, from LinkedIn updates to future event communications.

MAKING THE GATHERING COUNT

Everyone together.
A good moment for headshots.

The meeting also brought international colleagues and senior team members into the same place. Alongside the event coverage, we provided headshots across both days, using the gathering as a practical opportunity to photograph people who are often difficult to bring together.
